When you need to make a claim, we will liaise with the insurance company for you to ensure a smooth claims process, where an adjuster will then connect with you for next steps.

If your property needs emergency attention and you have specific requirements (e.g. language requirement), we will also ensure a response team from one of our local partners is at your property right away. Our contractor partners are experts across a wide range of areas with language capabilities in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tagalog, Punjabi and Hindi.
